I just got the same type of e-mail with the same type of bull..I live upstate NY in the Catskills and this is the 3rd scam within 6-8 wks. However, this person is using the name of Nicole Houghton claiming to work for her sisters modeling agency and photo studio. Although the no. is Calif. she is giving me an address in NC..be careful people, as there is a lot to loose. I plan to alert Avon about these continuous scams.

I just got the same email from her today..lol. I am an Avon Rep here in Durham, NC. Since the website had been down this weekend I was unable to get her information from there, so I responded to the contact request email. I guess it takes all kinds to make the world go round.

Glad I decided to check this out also, it sounded like a scam, why would you not order from the website and make this elaborate plan to mail a check stating it must be an address and not a P.O. box, meet a "sponsor" somewhere ..please...I too am going to report to Avon they should look into this...
