I live right outside of San Antonio, TX and I received the same email. I don't really see what their motivation is. It's not like the products are going to be order and given to them without receiving payment first. (And it clearing.) So crazy. My email actually had a name attached to it also. The person is calling themselves Mary Lewis.

i got this letter also by e mail for a large order for avon call joy sister modeling agency and photo studio i looked up no such company scam

Same name, same products. Jerks! I always tell them to order online. They never reply back. :)

I got the same kind of email today from JOY SISTER MODELING AGENCY.

I am an Avon Rep in Bridgeport, Tx - I got a message from a Mary Lewis with a request stating that she would like me to contact her about ordering Avon products. I thought it was from a friend that I went to HS with so I sent a reply back. Then today I received an email stating that it was from some company called:Mitchell Models International -1219 Morning side Drive,Santa Rosa , CA 95403 707-657-4173 Since there is nothing in Bridgeport, Tx that an even small modeling agency would want to come for a photo shoot I decided to look them up on the interent before I sent them personal mailing information. That is when I found this site & as I was reading learned that I have received the same email that the others have posted or talked about here. I tried calling the number & got a recording saying that there was no one available to take my call & to please try again later. I think this is a fake number & you will get this message all the time.I am contacting AVON directly & letting them know about this so that maybe they can take action against them for sending out false emails.Hope others find this site so that they don't fall for this scam either.

I also reported this to the avon co.@5:25 today.Did not want to use a credit card for purchase.My son said sounds like spam!
