I received an email like everyone elses and got a weird feeling. After a few email exchages, I asked Tania to call me directly or provide a phone number where I could reach her before putting in order. When I called the number, the relay operator had no idea who the Modeling company was, let alone who Tania was--- Always go with your gut feelings! Yes, I agree, the wording was ridiculous and when I tried the number, there was no answer. It was a recording saying the number was incorrect. Also, the Mitchell Models company appears to be locate din several cities (according to their emails: Santa Rosa, Miami, etc). My email was from a Carole Jekison. Just beware you don't spend the $$ ( I didn't fall for it, thank goodness) and then never have a buyer.

I'm an Avon rep in Southern California and got the same email. Glad I googled before I ordered! Said it was "Jacobs sister agency corporation and photo studio" (no capitals made me suspicious).

I received the same e-mail today from Mitchell Models International I am glad I was led to check it out the phone # is not working I called just to see what would happen.I hope they will be caught and purniched for their crimes.

After re-reading the email, something wasn't setting right. My husband and I starting doing some research and found out this was all a fake. The person who emailed me goes by the name Lanell Jacobs. I got this same email but they changed the managers name to CAROLE JENKONSON so glad I looked it up first. Make sure to tell any other Avon reps! Stay safe

I received the exact same email as you. It looked very phoney so I decided to look up the company and it brought me to this web site.

I too rec'd an email requesting a large order from the same organization. I chose to do some research as well that lead me here. I am glad that I followed my first mind and that was to research and insure that this was not a hoax. Beware of Mitchell Models International that is contact local Texas reps for large orders.
