If my number is on the do not call list, why am I getting these junk calls on my cell. And who do I report this to?
The number: 712-986-2525 appears to be a landline. So, a call back that is disconnected - the cord was taken out, 'eh. Found this out by trying to text message and identify number.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
