I bought a new car last Friday (1/9/2009). The calls from this number started on Monday. They are calling my office. I haven't been at my desk or I've been on a conference call so I haven't been able to answer. I will be pissed if this is a stupid survey and they've called this many times.

I might add to my previous post, this has been going on since May, 2007 when I bought a new car. We have also had several vehicles dealer serviced in that time-frame.

No I have Verizon and I just purchased a car in Texas City, Texas and they call me about 3 times a day but never leave a message. I do not answer the cell at work.

I didn't answer the call, but I do have Sprint, and my car was repaired at a Volvo dealership on Friday, but I never gave them my work #???

I get calls from them on Sunday too. Thank you all for the helpful info here, it is ridiculous how many calls i get.

I just got a call from the same number... no answer,, funny thing, I was at a toyota dealership yesterday in texas. I did not bought anything, but almost. I did game them my number... whatever happened to confidentiality.... im gonna call the dealership; i so do not like this.

Dec. 1st, 2007: I got a call from this number, and then the call dropped. I called back, no one is picked up. Sounds like a car dealer or something.

Answer the phone and they will take you off the call list. If you miss the call, just call back and have them remove you. It is a follow up call to a dealeship visit. If you don't want dealer calls, don't give them your number.

I wish these calls would stop. There should be a bill somewhere or a law preventing call abuse of this nature.

they called about 4 -5 times a day; when i was home i answered it and a lady said that they where doing a survey on a truck i was looking at. and asked questions about it & salesman; i told her that i didn't like them calling me 4 - 5 times a day. she said that it was a computer that calls and had no control over it; so when the salesmen called me back and asked when i was coming to get the truck i told him how i was called 4 - 5 times a day about it and would more then likey not come back. i did not appriciate them selling my information; he said that they do not give out customers information. i told him that was lie since they had all my information that i gave him and asked how he did by name???!!!!!
