Got a call from this number, called it back after reading these replies. It is a Dealership survey group. They immediately removed my number and apologized for the inconvenience
I guess you are the person who they send to cover their tracks. I called the number back and it was "not a valid number". Go figure. The location is downtown Houston, south side.
Correction to my above message. In my haste/anger I failed to quote the name of the dealer correctly. It's Bob Moore Cadilac in Edmond, Oklahoma. Think twice before you give them any information, they don't treat it with ANY respect.
I work at a car dealership. Funny thing is I got a call from this number today and googled it and found this forum. We use a program called Car Research (www.car-research.com) it allows sales persons to log who they talked to their phone numbers and where theyre at on a deal. When looking at the login in page today it said the help number was 713-275-3500. I recently put myself into car research as a customer for a vehicle and after doing so got the call. I believe that is where the call is coming from. If you bought a car or visited a dealership and gave a phone number no matter how long ago the number ould still be in the system. call the dealership and tell them you want your name out of car research.
This number calls me several times a day on my cell phone and I can't answer while I'm at work. How do I get them to stop calling me?
