HeatherThis number calls several times a day, so I finally googled it and found this site. I used the number someone else provided to call them back. They were calling because I recently had my car repaired at a dealership's body shop. They had a three question survey to ask and I was off in phone in about 2 minutes. (FYI - they asked if I was satisfied with the estimator, if I was satisfied with the shop in general, and if I'd recommend the shop to others who need the same or similar service).

Received a call from this number. Asked to speak to my wife. When I told the caller she was at work and asked if they needed her number they hung up on me. We did just purchase a car yesterday. I called the number back and it was for a auto customer satisfaction survey. No one would answer so I left a message to remove my number from their listing. I will also ask the dealership to contact them to remove my number. Someone should call and ask what our thoughts are about this company.

As many others have said it is from an outsourced company doing surveys on the quality of service of the dealership and the salesperson you dealt with. I have gone to my local dealership twice looking for a car and both times I got calls over and over again until I answered. Once I did I answered all the questions and that was it, they never called again. So if you want to stop getting calls from them I would recommend just answering there questions or telling them you would rather not answer anything, although if you didn't like the salesperson, I'm sure you'd love to tell the people about it.

I've answered this call more than once. Its a survey they ask for. What I don't understand is why they are calling now after 4 months of me purchasing my car.

Just bought a new car and getting these calls as well. Phone rings once and hangs up.

I got a call from the same number today after looking at cars just yesterday. Take the survey and tell them you had a horrible experience at the dealership.
