Weird...got a call from a Miranda that i have a delinquent account with Wells Fargo. This is so fake! When I told him that i've never had a delinquent account with WF, he told me that i could just dispute it. i told him that i would if i received anything! Dam* Crooks!

A Mr. Miranda called and left me a message saying that if I don't call back before 3pm, they would serve me at home or work between 5-6 pm. I called him back. He said that they are process servers working for attorneys and its regarding an HSBC account. I asked for the account number, which he gave me an account number that I do not even recognize. He even gave me an amount over $2,000. YIKES. I told him that I had no such account number and they should email me the notice and he flat out said "no" and that they were going to just serve me. I think I'll just keep calling and calling, over and over, until he gets tired and confess he's a fake.

They called to state that they were going to file a civil suit and a wage garnishment suit against me if it wasn’t resolved within 48 hours. That was my notification. If there is any thing pending with the law in another state you are required to be informed in writing. Do not fall for the scam’s!
