just had this no# ring up twice- they hang up after two rings and call back again--I have caller id so just to see I dialed it back and got the no is no longer in service is there something legally that can be done about these calls?

I called the number back and was informed that it was no longer in use. Then how the Hell did they phone me two minutes earlier? Why is the FCC or someone not fining these people for calling a do not call number?

Just got a second robocall in a row but from a different 'spoofed' phone number 716-990-8492 caller ID said "Unknown Name" on Wednesday 8-14-13 @ 1104 AMafter getting robocall from 612-225-5373 caller ID said "Unknown Name" on Wednesday 8-14-13 @ 1037 AMAnother "Medical Alert system scam like I have fallen and can't get up" press 1 to talk to a Representative or 5 if U do not want us to call again. Pressed 1 and the message started up again and then got disconnected.The SCAMMERS just called from a different "spoofed phone number" to try to 'Retaliate on me'because I SCAMMED the 1037AM call full blast with a "YouTube Cussing RANT"

They just called a second time a short time after the first. I *67'ed the #. It is Out Of Service. A lot of telemarketers have one way lines. They don't want to be aggravated by my call, but have no reservations about aggravating everyone else.

Caller I. D. just shows out of area and telephone number. No message left. Have repeat calls from this number which I do not answer.

If enough people report this number as a unwanted call they will get caught. Mortgage Inv. Of Fla were caught and fined 5 million. Call them at 800-270-2528 and tell them they got what they deserved.

I this call from 716-990-8492. when my answering machine picks up they hold the line just long enough, that I have to go to my answering machine to shut it off. If the call isn't important enough to reply to my answering machine then it can't be IMPORTANT!!!Why can't these people get a life and stop pestering others?I'm so tired of these calls. Why can't they be stopped some way?It just says unknown name.

I got two calls from this number today . I've never had that number on my caller i.d. before. I figured whoever was making the call is up to no good.
