I get this phone call at least once a week. It says to hit 5 to stop the calls but it doesnt work. I answered this one and got John extention 148 and asked him to please stop the calls and he just hung up. I cant believe that the phone co cant do something about it.
Called while I was on the phone with someone else -- "Out of Area" and didn't recognize the number, so I didn't switch over.
Received call from this number, but no idea who it belongs to. Tried to call back to investigate, but no response.
They are now using a place, not a name. The caller ID says, 'Niagara Falls'. If you let the phone ring more than twice, there is no one at the other end.
Again folks "Do Not Call List" ONLY applies to 800 numbers. Telemarketers use numbers that are not 800. Get ready for politicians in Oct and Nov before the elections.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
