Answered call (3:40pm EST) on 2nd ring, but no answer, as if caller hung up. Can you DNC cellphones?
They called me at 10 pm while I was overseas. 2 rings and then hung up. I looked it up and glad I found this forum because whomever this was is now on my 'rejected' list!

I too received a call on my cell phone from the above noted number on 6/24/13 @ 9:04 AM. I did not answer it as I am on the infamous Do Not Call List.When are the phone companies going to take action for these annoying and obtrusive callers?

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
