I used to work for a tele-marketer. There are companies that do nothing but open phonebooks and transcribe the names and numbers into databases and sell the database, also if you EVER sign up for a contest like they have in the Mall to win a boat or something, those names and contact info are collected and sold also.
Yeah, try that. 1) You have to have an address to file a lawsuit, and you'll NEVER find a logical (electronic) address for these felons, let alone a PHYSICAL address. 2) I have filed several hundred (maybe even over 1000 complaints with the FCC and NDCR... every single day for the past several years...they're STILL calling and NOTHING is getting done about it. The National Do Not Call Registry is a JOKE.
Just got a call from my cell from this number too. It only rang once and then said I had missed call. Tried calling it back from my work phone and it said that number was no longer in service .....strange...
On both state and federal "Do Not Call Lists" - plain nuisance call - used up 2 minutes of my air time.Received an "Alert" on cell 'phone. Message was, some sort of $100.00 'reward' card, or somethings. Terrible transmission.
I came across this site because I googled “Julie...” to see if anyone else was being harassed by this company. I just put it on my Facebook stream last week that I was going to find an attorney and start a class action lawsuit against whoever this was. I don’t know how to find out who it is. I’ve also pressed two to be removed from the list, and I’ve also held online to tell them not to call me. They call from 100 different phone numbers. I’ve been getting it for years. I’d love to know how to start a lawsuit against whoever it is.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
