Every day at around dinner time I get a call from King D. I do not answer and after two rings it hangs up. I want this to stop

the call is regarding proxy package from Fidelity, i called back and asked them to put me on "no call" list, they very politlely agreed to do so.

Their caller ID may says Fidelity, BUT THEY ARE NOT!!! I called Fidelity, and they advised that they never call their customers, all communication is done by mail. These MF are just another the Garden variety scammer trash!!! My sincere appreciation to people who invented caller ID and call blocking technology.

SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM!!!Lately I have been getting a lot of scam calls for car warrenty that is about to expire...cruises, yellow pages and others.Do NOT give these people your social security number as a previous post stated that that's what they wanted. Please use common sense people.Identity theft is on the rise.Don't let them PHISH you in.

The manager claimed to be with DF King at the following address. Later spk w/ my Fidelity account rep to describe the call and ask why my cell ph # was given out to these people. I have been getting daily up to six times a day from this number. I have this number blocked, it rings once and disconnects, but they still keep calling. Is there any way this number can be reported?

Your reply sounds like a paid fidelity sock puppet. At home daily Calls for shareholder proxi is a reprehensible business tactic.

I called the number today and told them to stop calling my number or I was going to report them. The guy apologized and said they would remove my number fro their list. I'll see if they do.
