keep getting call from this mumber

Yup, entirely accurate... Not likely fraud. I am one of THOSE people who haven't voted because I didn't want to take the time to research options/backgrounds etc... I've received both these calls and numerous snail mail requests to vote! I will make a point to do so now as I am finally getting some free time. I receive calls from both Fidelity and DF KING from two different numbers - and the snail mail indicates DF KING is acting on their behalf.I also imagine that many people do not even know that they have accounts with Fidelity as they don't actively participate in their employers 401k plans. But their employers have automatically opened accounts in their names with their contact info/SSN etc with the required annual deposit that they make.

fidelity called had my number and last name but different first name withdifferent address.

ASked me for my ss#, and other pertient info.I DO NOT give this out to anyone, regardless of who they are.They have the info - they dont need me to give it to themBesides, oursourcers can also be crooked - Doesn't Fidelity know that ?Something about voting on proxy or something like that. Told them to NO call me on anything such as this. Probably wont happen but no info given out by me ! Fidelity should know better !!!!! ID theft is rampant !!! why take a chance even if you know who it is or they say they "represent" someone. How stupid do they think we are ???

Gets calls several times a day everyday. So bothersome

As a shareholder, you have a say in how the company manages your money. Either vote or don't, but drama is not necessary here. Open those proxy envelopes- you can register to vote your shares online and never get calls."I say DO NOT CALL ME because I AM ON THE DNC LIST Dummy ! People such as "Hi" above will be burnt someday and that willthen alert them NOT to participate in this stuff.

Ialso keep getting these calls. I don't have a problem with initial call but I did tell them very politely that I do not intend to vote and please do not call again. When I got two more calls I told them I already voted yes and do not call me again. But they keep calling I am now in Zurich on a business trip and these calls are being forwarded to me out here and is costing serious money. As far as I am concerned they are not following my instructions and this is bad business practice. This actually may be considered harassment and if it continues, I will likely tell my phone company that I am being harassed and that I wish this number permanently block.
