I received phone calls from 718-621-1400 twice yesterday and today. Each time I did not hear anyone speaking when I picked up. Today I called back but just hear that "the number you just called is not in the service" I an wondering who made the calls.

2 or more persons talking to each other in background, but no one spoke to me even though someone who was talking called me.This call was followed 3 minutes later by Verizon 845-577-5696 who also did not speak to me.

I have gotten calls from them before, too, although I never wait for them to say anything and I just hang up - the Ande thing rang a bell as I read this site, as I remember looking up the number. Received call just after noon on Fourth of July. Probably not Americans. Nobody on the line and I hung up.

I have received at least one call per day for the past week from this number. I tried reverse lookup and no results. I'm glad I am not the only one getting these calls. I am thinking of cancelling ny phone number - it's driving me crazy!

We received a call from this number yesterday and the caller id read Ande Inc. 718-621-1400. There wasn't an answser on the other end for several minutes. After hanging up I called back and the message was that the number was out of service

They call and nobody talks. Several times.

This number has been calling us numerous times a day for over a montha nd hangs up every time we answer. I already am on the do not call list and have been for probably close to a year. As far as i know they have never spoken to anyone that has answered the phone...I don't get it and I am getting annoyed.
