Called my cell phone at 4:49 PM. I tried to answer, but lost service. I called back and got a recorded message. Kelly from Rewards Redemption. Said I won a rebate card for $100. Gave me an option to accept or be put on the no call list. I clicked option 2.
Called twice back to back, they only allowed the phone to ring for a very short time, then hung up. No message left.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
