Spam Spam Spam! Calls and hangs up so you see a missed a call hoping you will callback. This is a way to avoid being charged for calling people on the no call list
They called me on my cell phone at 10:40 a.m. on a Saturday and didn't leave a message. It appears to be a marketing thing, I never signed up for this and will block this number after reading the other comments here.
Called at 11:21 in the morning on a Saturday. Rang twice and hung up, no message left. This number will be added to my reject list.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
