Called my cell at 9:10 am. Rang but no voicemail. Says phone call is from Colorado Springs, CO. Never been there and don't know anyone from there.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
