I had exactly the same experience as NJLUV - I simply called the number back, got a nice (American) person who said they'd promptly remove me. We'll see if it works but hope springs eternal.By the way, those of you who are wondering about the Do Not Call registry - that won't help in this case, because you are probably a customer of their client cable company (Comcast mostly, but others too). Companies that you already do business with are allowed to contact you or have their telemarketers do so.

I spoke w/ them last week and told them I'm not changing to comcast VOiP. Since then, they have called at least 2 times a day.it looks like being unlisted and on the do not call list have helped me w/ these calls.

I don't understand this at all. I am a Comcast customer AND on the national do not call list also with a unlisted number so why am I getting calls??? Nobody's ever on the line when we answer the call. If they're taking a survey why is it that they arn't there when you answer? Do they expect you to call them back so that you are paying the bill for their survey. I just want it to stop!

I'm getting the call from this # atleast twice per week and is irritating. Our # is listed in no call list and still getting calls like this. What else can I do to avoid such calls?

Calls constantly, does not answer when you pickup, does not leave message on your machine. Very annoying, tried to call them back and line is busy.

Calls me every day at least twice at different times of day. Very tedious.

just so your all aware gcs is not a "bad" company... i worked for them during my pregnancy and they were great to work for... they worked more with me then any other company ive ever worked for... the dimple fact is that no one likes solicitation or "telemarketing" calls... if your being hung up on its probably a simple system error and instead of being mean and rude you ought to just either call kurt or call them back... ive personally been trained by kurt and he is a very nice gentleman... id love to go back to work for them because even though evryone hates them they are working very hard to meet mny standards and do what i consider to be a fanastic job at it.. please try and be patient because kurt himself has said he understands that dome of you do not and will not ever want comcast products or services...

BLOCK THEM ON YOUR CELL PHONE; EVERYBODY CAN DO THAT! Have received daily calls for last week with no message; 2 calls in previous month; no message. Answered once and nobody was there. How to block on a Sprint phone; go to Mysprint (your account on line web page) Then go to my preferences, then go to limits and permissions; then go to block voice; pick your own phone (click) then in the popup window pick block a single number; type in the number 719-546-6354 and add it to your blocked list; save; you can block 50 numbers at a time.
