Some random person named 'Mark.' He doesn't say where he's from or why he's calling. He just asks me to call him back. No clue who it is or how he got my number.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
