Good luck tricking people into helping you harvest their email addresses, so you can harass them through email just like you do on the phone.An even better idea is to talk to an attorney, and/or file a complaint at the ftc site. That's what these scum deserve --- NEVER do what they ask you to do, that just makes you more stupid they than are.

Have been receiving calls from this number every evening for the last few days and nobody answers when I pick up the phone.

If this is Comcast related then I'm not surprised, these calls started soon after I ditched my cable service. I guess a former customer's information and privacy is no longer important to them, so they sold it to someone else. I'll never do business with Comcast again, these calls are going to my cell which I only give to friends/family and people who have legitimate business with me, everyone else gets my work number. These people suck, they call just about daily. Am I really supposed to want to reconnect my service after being harassed into it??? WTF kind of marketing plan is that?

GCS has called several times over the last week to "inform" me about Comcast's transition to digital cable. I didn't answer the phone the first few times because I didn't recognize the number. The LAST 3 TIMES I did speak to the GCS rep I told them "I ALREADY HAVE MY DIGITAL CABLE EQUIPMENT...PLEASE DON'T CALL ME ANY MORE!" Each rep apologized and said they would "make a note" in the system so I did not get any more calls. I got calls on 1/8/10, 1/11/10 and 1/12/10. The last GCS rep I spoke to said I could put my number on the Do Not Call list...my is already on the DNC list. I called Comcast to see if they could stop the calls but the supervisor I spoke to was completely useless. I finally called 719-546-6354 to get my number taken off GCS's list. Amazingly someone answered on the first ring but the guy I spoke to was rather abrupt with me. He promised he would get my number removed from GCS call lists right away. The GCS website offers "tips" for stopping phone calls - Call the GCS number that is on your Caller ID; register for the DNC list and send an email to stopcalling@gcscalled.us. I have done all 3 so let's see if that works.

I'm in the donotcall list and still getting calls from GCS. Simple: I put the recorder on my phone line and i'm recording everytime they call, everytime i call to complain, everytime i call to comcast and all the time they make in me waste, i will charge them with a nice law suit. My time is money and if they make me lose money, they have to pay for it.GCS: If you are calling people, try to call in proper times, not 9 pm or 8 am on a saturday. Also, try to call and be able to speak, cause most of the times you only hear a weird noise on the other side of the line and then after 30 seconds you get someone who speaks with you (with a horrible noise in the line).

Calling someone and not talking or identifying your self and the purpose of the call, is very Rude and unprofessional and can be an attack of harassment. I will not tolerate this behavior and upon receiving any further calls from 719-546-6354 I will consider this abusive behavior. To protect myself I will contact Law enforcement on the Local, State, and federal level including the ICC. Please inform the people using this number to abuse and attack people to stop! Or they will receive the full extent of the law. I have civil and legal rights against harassment.

This number calls me multiple times per day! I just e-mailed StopCalling@GCSCalled.Us and will e-mail them multiple times every day until they STOP calling me!!!
