Comcast customer service does suck. They called me regarding taking a customer satisfaction survey. I took it and specifically told them why they sucked. Their response was basically "have a nice day." So what was the point of the survey?! Morons....

I have been contacted several times from GCS and no one is on the other line. I tried calling back and no one answered. I would appreciate it if my number be removed from this calling list. Thank you.

I finally answered and they tried to sell me something. I held the pound key down for about five seconds and hung up.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. I just called with a question not 2 days ago. I now have this number calling me and I'M NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO SEND THEM MY EMAIL ADDRESS! But I will try calling Kurt Heitman overnight.

This is kind of scary. I accidently hit my mouse and it clucked on an ad for another of COMCAST's "deal" called "BLAST!" One day later I get a call from this number. Of course I didn't answer and "they" never leave a VM. So I googled and found your post. What I find disturbing is that after I clicked the link,I immediately closed my browser. Didn't input a lick of my info. So this means they are tracking IP Addresses and obtaining who knows how much info about us. Don't ever,even accidently(poor cat owners) hit a random link. Now they are watching. Oh and since I'm dirt poor, this guy is really wasting his time. Serves him right. Now back to getting more calls from this lovely number. Thanks for cracking the case wide open for me btw, RIVHARD,whoever you are :-)
