Thought it was a Spam/phishing as she was trying to verify my personal info, including SS#, notifying me of a tax lien being files. Phishy yes, but turn out to be true as I received IRS notice 3 days later in USPS, certified mail. IRS said they don't contract out, so who was this & how did she get my personal info?
