SCAM!! I received a call from this number this morning. The automated voice stated she was from account services and wanting to make me aware of being eligible to lower my credit card interest rate. I hung up because I have received a similar call in January. They are attempting to gather Personal Identifying Information (PII) to get access to your credit cards.
Multiple voicemails, no response, I wish these companies would get shut down with a greater sense of urgency, and prejudice if necessary.

Multiple texts from different numbers. Follows the same format, different names and
Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
