This number is from a school loans reduction program. I got in contact with them once and that what I was told it was for. I asked them to remove me from their calling list and they still call. I just added them to my reject list.
I am on the do not call list including cell phone. They have called several times! Reporting this number to DO NOT CALL LIST.
Got a call from the number, answered and no one there, called # back and got recording saying "We're sorry your all can not be completed as dialed. There has got to be a way to stop these calls! I block a number and within a few days another number with same area code and close to same number call! I am so sick of these people wanting to lower your credit card interest and think that I am stupid enough to give them my credit card info!

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
