Dell calling to find out if I want to extend my computer's warranty. Not exactly a junk call.
Yeah, that would make it a junk call. They offered to extend my warranty on my computer for $350 when it isn't even worth $350 any more.
They called & left line open for 3 minutes but left no message, only heard talking in the background
When I dialed my missed call back, they didn't identify the company, but offered a service to "block" calls coming from this place again. Not sure if it's true.
Call ID listed Xpedite Systems. We were too busy to answer and the phone rang for over a minute. Didn't leave a message.
It was Dell. I told them I didn't want to renew my warranty, and they called me back the next day :-[It's possible Xpedite Systems has other clients, but if so, Dell is probably their largest.
