This number called and when voice mail picked up the caller hung up.

Received a call from Hertag SVC 732-807-5611. They asked for my mother who is deceased then asked for my father whom is also deceased. Then they asked for my name which I would not give them until they explained what the call was in regard to. He responded "this is dealer services do you still own the pontiac?" I told them I could not give them that information either and then insisted I tell them my name. I refused and he said (very snotty) " Well you have yourself a nice day" and hung up on me. I am glad that I looked this up so next time I won't answer the phone. Thank you all for the information on here.

This is not legit or right about this company. Take it from me my husband just purchased this so called warrity money come out each month from bank. Thank god we figured it out with in a month. When it came time to cash in on this so called warranty absolutly nothing was covered as we were told and the papers received which state supposed coverage are NOT TRUE either. My husband called company several times and argued with them about what he was told when he did it as well as what we had in writing and the customer service rep said Well I don't know what to tell you that what this is and hung up on him. Thank god we had a bank chase who more than willing to help us and stop the auto charges from coming out anymore credited the month they took. Who also informed that We WERE NOT the only ones. We wrote a certified letter to them cancelling the services as well as letting them know that we were going everyone possible and nessary to report them. We now receive about 3 or 4 phone calls a day at noon which they were calling late afternoon when they knew they were getting him to do it. Never have they left a message or when have answered they just hang up. This company is a drains and shut be shut down. So what do you have to say to ms legit??!!!!!!!! Please Don't do it unless u feel like giving your money away for no reason. Even then give to those who couldn't recover there lost money!!!!!!!

Hi,I get a lot of unwanted calls, and a few that repeat over and over, like this one. For those annoying ones that keep calling, I've started just saying they have the wrong number and not listening to any pitches, and that seems to work. If I want a service, I'll seek it out myself. No need to call me. I figure it's my phone and I'm the one paying the bill so I'm selective in choosing when I answer the phone.

Hint on the (warrity)

I assume as with most call centers they need to complete a set number of calls a day. A completed call is talking to the person who is able to make a decision regarding what they are selling. If they are happy with their hourly wage they won't go after the commission for actual sales.

Got a call from this number. When they said it was "dealer services" I told them I could not talk and hung up.

Sorry for all the missed spelled word or missing ones auto correct and typeing so fast and mad wasn't probably a good idea!! Anyway I am sure u all got the point...

Just called the number and asked to be removed from thier call list. The woman took down my cell number and told me my number would be removed from thier call list within 48 hours. Stay tuned.

Received call trying to sell me a extended warranty on a vehicle I had never owned - To all who read this this company is a total scam - I am a car dealer and the manufacturers will not extend any type of warranty to you except through an authorized dealership period. They want you to believe that is the case. More food for thought is if you need to purchase an extended warranty see your local dealer - at least you have someone to go to if there is a problem and you are not giving money to someone on a phone who may never give you a warranty, or be there to stand behind it
