2016- 30 days, still no refund. YET! Read below.Tracked down the CEO because this company got me to fall for their scheme. They lied and told me they were my original warranty provider, they knew my name, year/make/model/Vin of my car. Come to find out my original warranty is STILL valid and completely unrelated to this company. Impossible to reverse charge through bank! Was told to send written cancelation letters but never got refund.Tracked down the CEO of this company. They hire other companies to sell their warranty, so this company is legitimate due to their terms of conditions that the companies they hire fail to provide until after the payment. They completely know the companies they hire use fraudulent tactics and have had action taken against them in the past.NCWC, INC / PALMER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, INC (who called me)HOW TO GET A REFUND!Use the information below to contact the CEO of the company that provides the warranty. They will force whichever company sold you the policy to give you a refund if you threaten to sue them or report them to the FTC, FCC ect.His email: mshaftel@ncwcinc.comHis cell phone #: 908-489-4054His private #: 732-918-7106His fax #: 760-465-8666His office #: 800-778-4422 x331Office address: 3430 Sunset Avenue, Ocean, NJ, 07712Cancelation address: Po box 223, Allenhurst, NJ, 07711
732-807-5611 called to my office at 9:36 AM on Fri., May 29, 2015. Potential ID thief? FBI agents need to conduct an investigation.
These people keep calling me attempting to sell me an extended warranty on a 2008 Cadillac, a car I traded in late 2011.Folks, one telemarketer told me he got my number from the National Do Not Call List. I have removed my numbers from that list.
I also received a call from this number. The guy asked for me by name. He also knew that the warranty on one of my vehicles was about to expire. He then asked me what the milage was. He began telling me about the extended warranty he was offering and gave me prices. I listened and took a few notes, then politely told him that I was not interested. He asked me to hold and then put his manager on the line. The manager said "I'm here to further assist you today" I said "I don't need further assistance, the other gentleman explained everything. I am not interested". He said "what is holding you back, we are offering you a good deal". I said "first of all, I don't know you and I don't make decisions like this in two minutes. I look at all of my options and compare everything". He hung up.IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND BLOCK THEM FROM CALLING YOU AGAIN
Called 3 times in the last 2 days. Says Dealer Services on ID. My daughter works from home and has not answered calls since she is on phone working. Will not be answering...
This is interesting. I have a private VoIP number that was never supposed to be shared. But like everybody else here, I get these random calls. I never answer but I do check out every number here. D@€# Robo-dialers!
I am retired & disabled and they always seem to call when I am resting, they even call on Sundays and I have had them call as late as 11pm at night.......When I get calls from these bogus services/contests/political survey's/scammers all the time, and especially when I get calls from collection agents asking for the people who used to have my "new telephone number" & they just keep calling even though you tell them this isn't the person they are looking for, I have developed a new policy on how to handle these individuals.... First off if a human is actually on the other end of the line... (so many of these are "ROBO" calls & I just block the number) I ask them to hold on while I get a pen to make notes. Then I give them a blast with the air-horn I bought at the dollar store. Strange, but they never seem to call me back, I "WONDER WHY" :):):):)
