Called, asked for my wife by name then tried to sell her an extended warranty. When my wife said she wasn't interested and wanted them to take her off the call list 'Eye-eesh-ah' (phonetic because I'm no sure of the spelling) said "There is no call list, this is the corporate office and enjoy paying for your repairs out of pocket!" Then hung up.No reputable company acts like this over the phone.

calls from unkown number or Dealer Services 732-807-5611 have answered but no one on other end yes 5 of these strange calls today and it is only 4:38 pm

Got a call from this number yesterday on my direct work number. I do not ever give this number out, with exception to immediate family and school. The voicemail contained LOTS of background noise - clearly the individual was calling from a cattle room. He simply stated my husband's name (of course he pronounced the last name incorrectly), in the form of a question. He waited a few seconds and hung up.

You're full of it, Javier (if that is really your real name). I find it really funny of all the posts on the fourm, yours is the only one who has something positive to say about the company. You mus work for them or are part of the scam in some way..No legitimate company would call and ask for someone by name and then hang up on them, or when the person called states that they're not interested in your product, yell and scream at the person, or lie and say it's the law that they call. I work at a medical office and these scam artists have called the office (on the hospital line at that) several times, even though we are no the Do-Not-Call lists as well. Nothing but a bunch of dirty scam artists and thieves..do not answer when they call!!!!

Called several times with caller ID "Dealer Services". Never answered. One finally left a message identifying themselves as Liberty Automotive Protection, using my name and the make of my car (bought five years ago), meaning they got my number from either the dealer or the finance company. Liberty Automotive Services website (www.dealerservices.info) indicates they sell automotive extended warranties. Several complaints filed at BBB about them (many because of their sales tactics), although BBB still rates them surprisingly high, presumably because they deal with the complaints ok. Based on the pages of reports here on this site, the BBS rating doesn't make much sense. I don't like my car and phone number being shared with outside company. Blocked.

I have been receiving several calls a day from dealer services and when I servicessaid the person they are calling for doesn't live here and asked for the millionth time to stop calling my home the guy on the other end sounding like a soundingblack street thug screamed at me to stop and hung up
