Just received call from this number. They trick you into calling them back saying they are your bank and they have time sensitive information concerning your vehicle. For one I'm know my person with my loan. Two it is after my banks business hours and three my car is not behind in payments. I called the number back and they states oh we just want to offer you an extended warranty. Whatever. Sick of this place.
My Allstate agent must have sold the info....they knew I had Allstate insurance...I won't for long though...that's crap to treat customers like that.
I just received a call from this company "Heritage Svc". He stated he was from Honda corporate and wanted to know the mileage on my car. When I questioned who he was and from where he was calling, he stated that before I rudely interrupted him ..... I said, watch this and I hung up. I am really tired of these people calling and being rude! I hope this is the end of these [***]!
My husband keeps getting calls from this number. Caller ID says they are from Hertag Services, but won't talk to him. They will only talk to me. I want the calls to stop IMMEDIATELY.
Received a call from "John Davis" who wanted to speak with my husband about our vehicle, knew the make, offering extended warranty. I have heard most of these are scams and the last one I spoke with I asked about several possible problems and id they would be covered under the "extended Warranty." I was told yes they are covered but when I continued asking they became defensive and hung up on me. Very professional and VERY telling.All I can say is be very careful and be fully informed and contact your dealer before making any commitments.
With all due respect, the do not call list is total BS. I've been listed since inception. I even made a formal complaint on another number. They were clearly not only a violating DNC but what they were doing was by definition felonious. Typical politics, pass a law...oh look we're doing something. Yet they don't cover political calls; they don't cover FEE PAID solicitors working for charities. Now the violations have become so flagrant, businesses or scam businesses are calling.
