I don't even mess around with these callers anymore. I'm so tired of junk calls; I just block them. Depending on your phone service provider this feature may be restricted: Dial *60 and then go through the prompts to block callers from being able to call again.
Why is this comany/person calling me? This is ridiculous. I'm also on the do not call list but am still getting these calls.
This organization is currently doing political polling. I just got a call from them that was a "push poll" - reading negative statements about a candidate and asking how you react to them.

Called my phone around 8:30 pm central. I did recognize the number so didn't answer. They didn't leave a message either.
LOL. I wish there were "up-thumbs" as they do on some public posts. I feel what you are saying. I had a job (which lasted 2 hours as you will read) that took mobile 411 calls. On my first day I quit when the "training" session mad it very clear that we were to upsell our services. WHAT BULLSH++.!!!I made up my mind to walk out. When asked where I was going.... I told the lady to give me a call. This is a strategy I used when I got a lot of unsolicited calls.Just repeat what they are saying...and then get really angry (shouting out expletives if you want...I do) about tracking them down and showing them a thing or two. They'll eventually get the hint and wont call again.I'm going to do it with this number.BEWARE: some unknown job engines are selling numbers from uploaded resumes. Only go with reputable job engines.
Called 2x in the last three days -- in both cases, the call went to voicemail and the voicemail recorded a continued ringing for 1 minute before the call was terminated. No legitimate company would have equipment that behaved in this manner. I believe that these people are fly-by-night, scammers and using the political season as a backdrop to enable them to dupe people into providing them with information. Be aware: no polling service will ever ask you about your income, where you live, the spelling of your name, or even your voting history as they can and do obtain that information from other sources with sufficient accuracy to categorize you. Just hang up on these people and, if you want, call your state attorney general and report them as scammers.
Rec'd call; caller ID was "Norfolk, VA." When I answered, the "caller" hung up. Probably will be receiving another call. Now I know to let answering machine take call. ^'.'^
