Received a second call at 9:38pm. I answered this time and began to ask to not be called, but they hung up mid sentence.
They called and i answered "New Orleans Pizza" (I'm in Oregon) he apologized.. I said i was the owner of a pizza company and asked to take his order for pickup.. I asked if he ever had my pizza, told him it was the best... I would not let him get a word in at all as i talked about the toppings and random kinds of ice cream! He hung up! Haha tards!
It's not a political poll. It's a porn dating service. Anytime you get a 1-700 number, you talk porn and get charged a fortune.
Have gotten 5 calls from this number this month. All telling me they're from the mass department of public health, calling from Virginia...
woman from this number told me she was with Orkin. asked questions about how the Orkin service was. told her I don't live in a house and that the apartment takes care of pest control. asked her how she got my cell phone number and she said the Orkin guy gave it to her. I hung up on her.
Have gotten numerous calls from this number; I have caller ID and don't pick up....Wish they would stop.....
4 calls received yesterday from this number. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. Want them blocked.
Got call from this number and answered it because I grew up in the 757 area code (but I no longer live in that state) and thought it might be a relative/friend. Turned out to be the company listed above but I was still weirded out since she said she was calling on behalf of Home Team Pest Defense which I thought would be an area code I recognized of where I currently live. Listened and answered her questions about service. Never asked anything personal, hopefully I won't get another call. Called Home Team afterwards and they said they did have a survey going on by a third party.
Just called them to give them a piece of my mind about privacy and ethics... You don't know who they are, who hired them, or for what purpose, or who they will share your personal information with or how many times yiur identity will be sold with others. They use your information for profit. Don't fall for it, don't give away your identity for free. Dangerous. Gee, no one seems to be in charge there to complain to when I called. How convenient.
