Sales attempt about refinancing my mortgage - I don't have one of those!! I pressed one and a voice asked what I wanted. I told him that a homicide occured at this number and we were doing an investigation. This is the 3rd time this number has attempted to call. I am listed on the do not call list.

I also keep getting calls from 757-990-8981 "sales dept" Michael with dish network. I listened to their song and dance so I could get to a live person, when I did get a live person, I told her I would like to have my # taken off and she hung up on me. These peeps have called me 2 to 3 times a day, this was my 3rd time to tell them to take my # off their list. I have tried to call the 757-990-8981 back, the response I get is "this is not a working #". So I think I will call the Virginia police to get those _______ disconnected.

they called 2 times with in 10 min. its sopos to be ungiants the law for calling numbers on the do not call list. or if you send a cift. letter and report it to the ftc and the fcc. they do not do anything to the companys that call you I know I been down that road i spent $30.00 dollares and out that money because the fcc nor the ftc do there job like they told me. until they do these companyes will keep on calling because they know that they dont get in trouble with the ftc and or the fcc.

called number back,got arecording saying were sorry you have reached a number that has been disconnected.

i have them sooo upset i keep calling 4078860501 and asking them how does it feel to be harrassed? there not liking it very much lol i am actually enjoying myself it feels good to get them back

I think that you did get scammed because I talked to the same person to find out exactly why these people kept calling me and he told me that he he could lowered my mortgage and that I was already approved but he needed additonal info. I asked him how can he lower my mortgage and how could I already be pre approved if I dont have a mortgage. He was lost for words and said well and hung up on me. this is a scam do not give them your any of your information.

I have registered at www.donotcall.gov. But still receive some marketing calls. Now I very politely tell them "Can you hold for a minute?", and then make them wait till forever.
