just got this call, claming to be from microsoft tech support. I asked for the operator number and he hung up. I guess I won;' get my free virus software :(
I got a call from this number this morning and they were asking questions about my business. Wouldn't tell me who they were and when I hung up, they called back, told me I was rude for hanging up & then hung up on me. Wow....do people have nothing better to do with their time?
First time to enter such a blog.... but wanted to pass this along... just received a call this number... don't know who as did not answer... I get such calls from time to time... I just reject all numbers I do not know so that stops the ringing... Then I plug the unkown number into the google search and find out who was calling... now that I know thanks to y'all, it is a google free phone with the same ID number for everyone using it... I will still not answer it if they call again which almost never happens... as in short, if it were a friend or relative in need they will leave a message... on my voice mail... if a scammer, they will not... so if you do not want to be aggravated by such, just don't answer unknown callers or numbers... if it is important they will leave a message if not they don't....anyway... scammers will always use all tech stuff to scam... I agree it is not the system, it is the users just as guns don't kill, people do... :)have a good one
just got a phone call from that number.. they were commenting on my status.. they said i saw your status with your phone number and just HADD to call you! do you like doughnuts? and they started going on about that... it was weird.
A young man from this number called me today, February 9th 2012, and in front of my nine year old, I asked him how could I help him, he said that he was calling from hydro, he then said he wanted to f.... me. We are in CanaIntelligent fellow!. I am recording all future telemarketing calls for the for the police,
