Woop be F'in Doo.I run my own Voip Server with a peer and i can call you from any number i want.. So prank calls are easy,plus this new voip service by google will be abused by con artists an such.So IGNORE any call you get from this number since it may not be your friend at all, or anyone you know.Remeber the Area code as well. If google sells people there own number then it will prob have the area code this number has thus allowing more scams to arise.Yes the calls are limited to the U.S. Free of charge but the fact is that most con artists live in other countries. Thus if they use the service and say they live in the U.S. then they call call a whole list of harvested numbers in the U.S. and try to scan unsuspecting victims.

That's exactly what I was thinking.Now that I know it's a prank caller, I'm hoping they call again just so I can prank them back.

This number calls me all the time and it is annoying. There is an Indian voice on the otherside. These Indians have nothing better to do than make everybody sick with their accent. They do not stop even if you tell them that you don't want any product or service. Please do something. This is annoying.

Continual calls all hours of day and night to my home. Middle East accent.

just got a call from this phone number 5 times and it was a man asking me my name. he was from CIA, i send him to hell :))

Just received a call stating that my computer is sending a virus to the internet. Guess he thought I was a moron. Anyway thought I would google and sure enough looks like a scam. Not sure why google would think this would be a good program. Who ever thought this up deserves a kick in the a__ . Glad it wasn't my grand parents that answered. Thanks Google!!!!

This new service will be more abused then Skype.

I got a call from someone at this number that I met online. He and I started IMing and then he called me, and I had no idea it was a scam until he asked for money from me. He was supposedly in England and lost his black AmEx. My friend said to look up the phone number, and I'm shocked to see all the posts. So glad to verify he is a scammer.
