Called today and asked my age, birthday and what credit card I use. Saying they were giving me a credit towards my magazine account, which I don't have one. She wanted me to stay on the line with her and not to hang up. The phone started to make funny noises so I hung up. They tried to call back but I didn't answer. I just blocked this number from calling my cell again.

this number calls me at least twice every day a lady says "may i speak to robert" then hangs up.. its waisting my minutes and im getting mad

I answered a stupid post I knew I should not have, it said just enter your phone number to receive a message and then enter the confirmation number. I got no message, looked it up and found it was not only a scam but possible spyware. Two days later I get a call from 763-225-8288 and they asked if *my first name* was here, I asked who was calling and they hung up so I called back, no answer or answering machine. I definatly think this is a ID theft scam maybe tied in with some sort of spyware.

I just recieved several calls from this number, called back on my work number & it was just a busy signal.

This number has been calling me for months and when I pick up...they always hang up. It shows up as Service Center on my caller ID. They've called twice today, and I also received a call today from the phone nunber 800-555-1212. My caller ID picks it up as AT&T. It's actually a directory assistance number. But this guy tells me he wants to talk to me about the magazines I receive and I told him I don't receive any magazines. He then says that I had ordered some and then cancelled but that it was too late to cancel so I owed the money. I told him that I had never ordered any magazines and he insisted I had. I told him I new this was a scam and that I was going to report them and then I hung up. I'm wondering if these 2 numbers are in cahoots with each other. So dang annoying!!!!

It would help the rest of us if you could enlighten us on who and where they are since you have reverse phone lookup.

If you do a reverse phone lookup on the internet it will only tell you that it is a landline in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.

Received a call at 6:22 p.m. today from 763-225-8288.American voiced Caller : "May I speak with Susan?"Me: "Your are".Caller: "Susan, this is Anna,from Subscriber Services. Anyone else get that?At 6:47 p.m., a call from 612-216-4361. No one there. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry. I have received calls from these 2 numbers about 4 times each this week. This is the only time there has been someone on the other end of the phone. I don't understand what this kind of scam is about. Anyone enlighten me?

These 763 area code calls are bugging the crap out of me! They keep calling me about some magazine subscription 3x/day, everyday. I tell them over and over again whenever they call that I have not and will not subscribe to any subscription. As soon as I tell them to take me off the list or when I've asked to speak to their manager, they hang up on me! The crazy part is, they know my personal information. When I try to call them back, their line is always busy. Ughhhhh help!!
