call hang up after soliciting my social security and i.d. number and copy to a fax machine for a job application.

there such a pain in the *ss. they call bout 15 times a day. they need to be hurt

i kept getting calls too (started 11-11) i asked them not to call me again, registered on DNC list, and just like everyone else, they kept calling back. So, i did a search on their ph# and found they are customer of bellsouth telecomm in GA, so I went to that site, pretended to register for a new service using the ph#, a name & address autopopulated as this: READERS DIRECT, 1000 COBB PLACE BLVD NW #220 KENNSW, GA anyone living in that area should go their and give them a piece of your mind!!

Called and said I was entered into a grand price drawing for $1million dollars and received 3nights free for 20 destinations and 3 magazine subscriptions and get an additional 2 for $2.99 a month. Then when I asked how long the subscriptions were for, they said 60 months!!!! at $58.80 a month for 12 months!!!!! That is not 2.99 a month more like a week!!!!!!

I have the answer... when the person ask you which card Visa or Mastercard gives you the better service... simply say that you have neither card... they will ask you if you have a check card,, simply say no that you pay cash for everything... more than likely they will just hang up and take you off of the list...I got a call on Oct 21st and have not been called since.... I've received at least 7 calls today. It's a landline based in Marietta, Georgia. Cobb is the county. I filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. If we all do this it will force the FTC to lodge an investigation. I called the number back and was told by voicemail this is the National Do Not Call Registry and if you wanted to take your number off their list leave your number. Then I was told the mailbox is full.

I called that 800-324-8452 and was able to cancel my order by telling them they could either cancel my subscription or I can file a claim with my credit card company and have the card canceled.

this number has called me six times today. I am so glad this website exists, does anyone know how my number was obtained?Thanks!

I just ignore this call-- but I've been getting up to 10 calls a day from many different random scamming numbers, sometimes one after the other.

I am receiving calls from this number, throughout the day, no one evers leaves a message and I cannot call it back.
