I have had the same experience, i called back via Skype and received a busy signal. Do not call doesn't do what they claim to do.
Jerks just called me on my unlisted, blocked, & do not call registered cell phone @ work ! I don't answer #'s I don't recognize. They didn't bother to leave a message & if you try to call the # back all you get is a busy signal. Wish they'd leave me the HE-L alone ! This has to be at least the 3rd call just today !
I keep getting calls from this number and it is not a number I know so I looked it up and found it was a marketing type thing. I am on the Do Not Call List but it appears to be a total waste. They wanted to reduce ALL of my credit cards into my mortgage payment. Problem is our house is paid off and so are the credit cards. Issue got worse when we switched from AT&T to Charter for our phone provider. We may have to do another Do Not Call even though we have the SAME phone number.
CAller repeatedly calls my cell phone. I am on the no call list. When I ask to be removed, they hang up.

This number has been calling me for the last couple of weeks. I don't answer calls from numbers that I do not recognize, especially a number that isn't local. This # never leaves me a message... as far as I'm concerned, no message, no call-back. Don't pick up the phone!
