I was on my work phone when my work cell phone went off. I didn't recognize the number so I looked it up and found this site. Wow, looks like I dodged a bullet. From now on I am giving out my Google Voice number so I can block this crap. F U you low life telemarketing a-holes.

Recieved several calls from this number. My number is on the federal and state no-call list. These people do not care and may even be using the no call list as a source of numbers. Had enough and "blew the whistle on them!". Literally, they called, I answered, they when into their sales routine, and I blew a referree's whistle into the phone. It is an old trick used for obscene callers in the 60's and can be quite painful. I have not had a single call from any teller marketer or scam artist since. ( Note: the best whistles are the Fox40 Classic used by football and soccer officials.) Good tweeting.

How can we stop this? Do not know how they got my phone number.

I have gotten calls from this and similar numbers repeatedly offering "to lower my credit card interest rate if I owe at least $3,000". I "pushed 1" to talk to a representative on this last call and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor - she hung up. Is there no federal agency to report this kind of "spam" calling?

Automated call from a company to help you get better credit, 2nd call this month.

Just had a robocall from this number. It was a credit card "problem" call. Will not answer calls from this number again. It came up as wireless caller. We are also on the Do Not Call List. How does one block a number?

Third call from this number today. I get 4-8 calls per week from this "place" to lower my interest rate and that this is final notice and that I've ignored several reminder mailings.... yeah whatever. Finally just answered the phone and wanted to play along just to see if I could get any info out of them. After pressing '1' for an agent, was put on hold for 45 sec or so then a guy answered, "hello this is Raphael, did you press 1 to lower your rate?" I answered, "yes I am, but I don't recall getting any mail, my mistake." Before I could say anything more I was already hung up on. Wish the call would have lasted longer.As for all the people complaining they registered for the Do Not Call list and why isn't it stopping these calls, well that is because these places use computers to try calling every possible phone number combination, which is why these scum also call business lines, fax lines, etc. They aren't getting your info from anyone, and that is why they don't know your name, where you're located, as well as what supposed credit card they are calling in reference to.

I have been getting calls from them for months. Thankfully, I am not home most of the time when they call. I few times I have tried asking them to take me off their list, and every time I do they just hang up. If you ask them where they are calling from, they just hang up. You can't call the number back, it either doesn't go through or rings busy. I'd had it with them so I decided to have a treat for them when they called me next. When they called today, I pressed 1 to speak to a "friendly customer service representative" (HA!) As soon as she started in with her schtick, I started screaming obscenities at her for about 30 seconds. It kept her on the line long enough that she wanted to defend herself against my attacks. She asked me to show her some "respect." I won't do that, not when they don't respect my requests to be taken off the list. So I told her I would show her some "courtesy," and I said "Please take me off your list." She said she would, which I highly doubt, but we'll see. Today was the only time I have talked to any telemarketer or otherwise in that way. But it worked. I got her attention and kept her on the line. If they call again, I'll just keep doing it until they get tired of being berated.

That is awesome! I found screaming obscenities to be effective at keep their attention just long enough to tell them to take me off their list. I'll try yours if you'll try mine.
