I am getting number of call during my peak minute time and wasting my minutes. All its asking for my credit card details for no known reasons.
Calls constantly. I've asked them to remove my number at least 12 times. Who are these people and where are they? I want to find them !!!
I called the number back and it's disconnected. Where are these people getting my number from??? I do not give it out.
I keep recieving calls from the above number, have filled a complaint recently but obviously there is nothing going to stop these calls. Reading complaints on line and I see others are having the same results.
So they just called me again, for maybe the 5th time. This time I answered and this time after the recording that this was my final notice to lower my rates I pressed 1. Jasmine answered and says" did you just press 1 to lower your credit rates?" I replied "no, I pressed 1 to tell you to take my number off your list" yeah, she hung up on me. We will see if she calls back again, I am sure.
Called again today. Ans. mach. picked up; recording started immediately, competing with outgoing message about "closing your account" but stopped as soon as beep for the recording started! I think they may have it programmed NOT to let it record hoping they won't have evidence against them when they get caught! Since the first of these calls from THIS number, I have also gotten calls from "781-884-0681" which said "Health Survey" on the Caller ID (two calls in one day; no msg left) and "177-940-2665" which isn't even a valid number (SPOOFED) because there is NO SUCH THING as an Area Code that starts with a "1".I'm wondering if there is one big crime syndicate trying to do all these calls, or if there are a bunch of little back room boiler rooms in INDIA and PAKISTAN and AFRICA where these sweaty, stinky little goats are sitting by phones thinking they are going to get rich off of 'rich Americans'.
Just received a call from those guys - promptly filed a complaint with FCC via their website. That's about all you can do. All these DNC (Do Not Call lists seem to be worth a s....) But, the more people file complaint, the sooner FCC is going to react (yeah, right...)

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
