just got a call a few mins ago from this number and it was a man whispering kind of slowly while breathing heavily "i know where you live" and so i hung up, kinda freaked out. then googled "where does the area code 775 come from" and it brought me to this web site.

This is nuts, they Speak in Spanish, however, if you callback the number you get an English speaking message that indicates you can have your number removed from their list.

Oh! God this number calls me all the time, I don't know what to do. what a nightmare!

The message is in Spanish, push button number 1, a young woman answered, asked for my name, I told her that she (or whomever she works for called me) and when I told her my name, she said in spanish " A mi no me gusta tu nombre, ahora te voy a colgar, bobo!" I don't like your name, I'm going to hang up now, fool!"When I called back, the number rang as a busy tone.I called my cell provider and they wanted to sell me a phone blocker service for 5 buck per month. I filed a complaint with FCC and liste my numbers on the DO NOT CALL list.

Got a call from this number today, but did not answer. Is this some sort of scam?

I'm in Illinois. Got a call that I missed on my cell phone, looked up the number and here I am like everyone else. No Expedia here, either.

I did book a hotel room through hotels.com

Just got a call on my cell from this number, something about travel... Vancouver

they just called my cellphone.. i did not answer though
