It seems to be a local switch for an 800 number, just like you can't call a telemarketer back at the number that shows up on your phone when they call, you can't call Metropolitan Credit back on this number.
Left an automated message on my message manager saying to call a 1-888 number to discuss important business. Deffantly sounds like a scam.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
