These people are the very reason I got myself a different phone number, but apparently that doesn't stop them because these federal grant calls are happening AGAIN. What is it going to take to put a stop to this harassment?

Numerous calls from 786 577-6669. Some as early as 7:30AM. If you call the number back a recording indicates the call can not be completed at this time. These calls are annoying. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry and haven't received spam calls in years. I have registered.
Keep calling my phone saying I qualified for free grant money.I've asked him on several occassions to stop calling me I'm not interested.I block the number he call from a different number again saying the same thing.
I'm very angry, Very upset for Telemarketer call me 4 times once every 3 hours. I'll filed a complaint against The Federal Grant Department fined up $500 per call, 4 X $2000 all ready. Too many times.
Repeated calls from this number, all saying 'Randy has received an education grant.' (I'm not named Randy.) The voice has a foreign accent that seems to be Indian or Pakistani or similar. Clearly a scam. Very annoying.
When I confronted the caller asking if he is from the Mumbai call center scam, he started hurling abuses at me saying he will make my life miserable and he will ensure he passes my number to all scamsters.
