An East Indian sounding voice told me my computor was infected and would crash in 2 days time. At that point I hung up on them. They returned the call almost immediately, but no one was on the line when I answered.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER MORE THAN ONCE TODAY! DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS BUT IT'S ANNOYING.WILL TRY TO REPORT IT! I WILL NOT EVER ANSWER! HOPE THEY WILL STOP!

Got a call from 800 1234567 (8/17/12 @ 1600 hrs PST); told my wife (broken English mid-east accent) that our computer was notifying them of a problem. Said they were with Windows Care Inc. I asked if it was MSoft; they danced around the question then said no; but, that they provide service to windows. I asked which PC; they stalled and said the one I use. I asked for the MAC and IP address. They said 192.168.10.1 - I said interesting, could they be more specific. They stalled again; then, said I had viruses. I asked where they were calling from. They said California. I said where in California; they then attempted to confirm the phone at which time they hung up. Scam - same old one - attempting to phish for c/card info no doubt.

I received a call from this number...guy had a VERY heavy Indian accent, and said he was calling from the United States Education Department and was very persistent until I cussed him out and hung up.

I have continued to recieve these calls, and they claim to be calling from "Connect uh cut". Something about my Windows on my computer. I made fun of his accent, and he hung up on me. I kept asking for someone who can speak American English. I got 2 calls from them a few days ago, within almost an hour of each other. I have a bottle of advil on my table, by my phone, so I'm going to start shaking it rattleing the contents to make noise, and complain that we have a bad connection. When I did a reverse dial, I got a number that cannot be called as dialed.

This call reached me a number of times when I *69.

They said they were from education services and how was I today. I said lousy - I don't want to talk to you ---take my name off your list --I am going to call a lawyer when I hang up................which I did. They better not call back.

Same thing happened to me, they told me i had to give them my computer password and my computer ID so they can get rid of the "hacker trying to get my information".

Got a call from this number today and said something about my computer and microsoft. I asked which computer and she couldn't tell me. I told her I will report the number since my phone is on the DO NOT CALL registry and I hung up.

Got a call from 1800-123-4567 strong Indian ascent telling me he is with the US Government. Sad thing is that could be true. My connection on my cell was bad so i hung up .
