get these calls all the time and as soon as you ask "what is the name of your company?" they immediately hang up on you. Today I asked the same question and the girl on the other end said "Warranty Help Desk". I said "The name of your company is "Warranty Help Desk"and that is on the sign out side the building?" She said "Yes". I said " I don't believe you and I hope that you can find a job with a legitimate company one day". She then said "F-in Byotchh!" to me. I said "Is that how you are trained to talk to customers, is anyone monitoring this call?" She said "YES!!!" and hung up! I would sure like to know who the hell these people are and have them shut down. I am pretty excited because this is the first time than I managed to get any sort of response from these people. Normally like everyone else as soon as you starting asking them questions they hang up on you.

This is the second time I have received one of these calls on my work cell phone. Having done my research before I took the offensive on this call. I selected the option to speak with a representative and shortly thereafter a woman answered the phone and identified herself as Ashly. First I asked her what the name of her company was called and she told me it was Warranty Solutions. I then asked her what the address was and she said she was not allowed to give that out. I asked her why and she said, "because we are not allowed to give that out." I then asked for a call back number and she said they do not have a direct line so no number could be given. I then informed her that I had received anther call like this one before on my company cell phone and that I believe that her company is running a scam because they refuse to give out any contact information. I had reported the other call to the FCC and would be adding this to my complaint. I then told her to have a nice day, said goodby and ended the call.

Someone needs to pretend that they will mail a check out right away, get the address and post it on line. We all can do one of two things: mail a nice note with a few choice words for them or put a fictitious mailing on the front with their address as the return address and drop it in the mailbox with no postage, the post office will return it to them with "postage due" and make them pay for it!

We get a call from this number at least 3 times a week. Our number is not listed and we do not give it out so I would love for it to be stopped.

I have been getting calls on my cell for months now, different numbers--this one included--all telling me that the warranty on my car is about to expire or something. I don't own a car. If I don't pick up, the number leaves a voicemail, so regardless of whether or not I answer the call, I have to listen to the same message time and time again.

Found a lot of stuff online about this number, since I have received many calls, I looked it up. I have recieved at least five or six calls from this number. Usually I wouldn't deal with these types of calls, but since I just bought my truck used, I thought this call was legit. After seeing this site, I am pretty sure it is not. Thanks for putting this post up.

This number is really annoying! I left my phone home today and came home to find a missed call from it. However yesterday I received the same "vehicle warranty" message only from a different number. 1800-219-7425....- NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION credit card etc.

i got a call from these people and spoke the live tech person, asked to talk to a manager and got hung up on. total scam.

I too keep getting calls from this number both at home, my cell and we even get them at my work, it's really starting to get annoying. We need to find out where these people are hiding

wanted to let us know our warranty was running out . Hard to believe our 2008 is not a year old yet. Wyoming law prohibits such calls, but you have to get company name before Atty General will do anything. The number is for outgoing calls only, they cannot receive incoming, that is so wrong.
