A lady called asking for our company controller. I asked what her call was regarding and she said it was about our PP&L bill. I said "but your not calling from PP&L are you?". She said no and that she was calling from American Power & Gas and made the call sound very important but I have had a few of these in the past so I already know these calls are crap. I left her on hold and she hung up and called back. Then I sent her to finance admin voicemail and she called back demanding that I put a controller on the phone. I then told her if its regarding the bill then she needs to speak to AP. She got frustrated and said that she did not want to speak to the people that "just pay the bills" and that I need to tell the controller that she is on the phone and transfer her. I then asked again for her to explain EXACTLY what the call is regarding, she said that she is not allowed to give information to someone who is not authorized on the billI. Well guess what lady, I AM AUTHORIZED to screen phone calls and make the decision to transfer or not transfer and I will NEVER, under any circumstances transfer these ridiculous scam calls. American Power & Gas is a WISE run company.WISE is a Scientology front-group pushing "Hubbard Management Tech"Educate yourself on WISE and Scientology before getting involved with these scammers. They are ONLY after your $$$$ and they will continue to be relentless and rude. It's the WISE way.

The girl was very rude when i wouldn't give them more information and I requested more info from her and her company. The company she said was AP&G (can't find one that is related to energy) I asked where they obtained our phone number since its different from the business location. Our staff is now instructed to hang up on them when they call. There is no discount here people!

A James called from a 201-680-7344 said he is with PSE&G and that he's tried to call me many times on a time sensitive matter and that he need to speak to the business owner. Gave me this number as the call back number @ ext. 1841

They coned an Alzheimer relative in my household to agree to change over our power & gas to their green company. They gave the electric and gas account numbers from Con Ed and National Gas Co. I don't know where they got these numbers and I don't know if they are even correct but to me, this is very scary! The number they used is 800-210-9011. I am putting in a complaint with the FBI's Fraud Dept. & my local state & city Officials. Along with this, I am putting a complaint in with the phone company and any other government agency that will assist me with this problem.

Caller is pushy and makes it sound like you are already a customer of theirs and they want to give you a refund. The caller keeps stating that you need to get a copy of your DP&L bill out and give them account number and other info. (Which I did not do) They are a supplier, I even ask if they were a supplier and they said no we just want to verify and send you a rebate. This girl is pushy and I took down all her info as to report them. Adriana X1092. Normal suppliers send you a request to quote via email and have you sign it. This place is NOT a good company to work with since they attempt to mislead you upfront.

Do not give this company any information! They called claiming we had two bills due and this was an urgent matter but this is not our electric company. The woman on the phone said her name was Lynn and was the rudest person I have ever spoken too.

Typical fake rate/rate discount call. These people call at least 3X/wk, claiming they are from PSE&G.

Got call on work phone answered and told "Frankie" I wasn't interested said bye and hung up. He called back and said we got disconnected. Told him I was not interested in the "rebate" due my company. I don't handle utilities for my company. I again hung up. He called back and left voicemail. What part of don't call me do they not get.
