Jared at x5131 called and identified himself as being from JCP&L. He called several times and was very rude. He was not from our power company as he indicated.
Amber from Spark Energy called to discuss our National Grid account. No idea what this is about.
Caller tried to obtain account information, possing as some power company working with BGE to give is a better rate.
Caller identified self as being with US Gas, wanting to give the Town a refund of our natural gas fees. Truth be known, they want to be our gas supplier in place of NYSEG. We thought this to be a bit underhanded.
Jason x460 left message he was from horizon power calling to discuss my BGE account. Not calling him back!
We to have seem the 1-800-210-9011 from Delmarva power. But did not respond.If Delmarva was going to give a discount it would be on the bill. You shouldn't have to call for it.
NUMEROUS phone calls on a weekly basis from an unknown number, finally today got this as a call back number. They have names of employees and company president. Say they are 'the electric company'. Don't know who these people are or what they're up to but wish someone would nab them.
i called delmarva and asked are you offering 10% off electricity? lady said no. she said there is a service company calling people and they claim to be delmarva. turns out the 800-210-9011 number belongs to consumer sales solutions (I googled them) and they are trying to get you to switch to horizon electric company. no way i'm leaving delmarva.
