It's been being sent as a bill insert. It's a discount - Customer Choice Program which is a Michigan Public Service Commission program.Horizon is a supplier and will supply the electricity to you at a cheaper rate than Delmarva.So, if someone calls you from Horizon, sign up!

Pretended to be from my local utility company but clearly a lie since they could not provide our account number. Very pushy sales.Telemarketing for extra middleman in the supply chain making gas more expensive.Would not provide cost or data.Will never use

The people saying this is a good thing are most likely people who work for the company, or complete idiotic consumers. I don't care if Dominion Retail (or whoever they are claiming to be this week) could actually save me a dollar or two. Any company that incessantly calls my business every single day (sometimes twice) and interrupts my clients missed calls/opportunities (which would have brought in more money than any savings) is not a business I want to deal with. They claimed to be my electric company. How is that ok? BIG RED FLAG. Common sense people.I have no patience for these types of "business practices". It's annoying and deceptive.

Lisa - start working for a legitimate company, not one violating the FTC's regulations pertaining misleading and deceptive practices. Further, when a customer tells you that they no longer want to be called daily by your organization, don't pass their contact information to a colleague so they can continue to harrass the caller. This doesn't increase the chances they will do business with you, only file a complaint with the FTC as I've done.

Continues to contact me despite requesting several times to add my number to the no call list. Each time they continue to get me a "5% discount" off my electricity supply pricing not knowing my existing rate. Despite the fact I tell every caller I'm under contract I continue to receive calls. We're at the point of harrassment.I'm not sure why these chuckleheads think their odds of getting a sale increase the more they contact someone after they have been instructed not to. Might be time to contact the PUC / FTC regarding their sales tactics.

Yet again another call today. Yet another apology and a claim that continued calls "are just part of the business." If you're receiving calls from this number, I encourage you to do what I am doing and file a complaint with the FTC. In addition, contact Dominion Retail at 1-888-284-3558 (or whichever supplier they are claiming to be on a given day) and complain. If those companies for whom they're running marketing campaigns have to deal with the same headaches you are, these calls will eventually cease. Let's put these clowns out of business.

These guys have been harrassing me every day and providing a number of 800-210-9011. After threatening to report them to the FTC as operating a misleading and deceptive campaign, apparently they figured they could keep calling and give a separate number. Today they called, left a message saying to return their call at 800-919-8021.However, their employees aren't quite intelligent enough to pull off this caper as the recent caller inadvertently started to leave the number I recognize above all too well. Complaint filed with the FTC for both numbers and with Dominion Retail (1-888-284-3558). I encourage anyone receiving these calls do the same. If others experience the same headaches that we are, it will discourage this practice rather quickly. Also, consider filing a small claims lawsuit in your state - there are some pretty good penalties one can collect against companies utilizing these practices. A default judgement will easily pay for your day off from work.

Received numerous calls from Janice (x1735) of Dominion Energy of the past few weeks, asking for my JCPL account information, i keep sending her to voicemail.
