I had this missed call last night, and Googled it to find this website about a collection agency. Considering I have no debt, I called back this afternoon assuming that it was for the person who had this number before me. As it turns out, after being on hold for several minutes, a woman told me that I owed $300-some for tuition from the Fall of LAST year. I've paid ALL of my classes off. If I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to sign up for classes THIS year because they would have put holds on my account. She kept asking me if I would like to pay over the phone by check and clear my account. I DON'T THINK SO. I've contacted my school and they're calling me back so I can resolve this. I KNOW I don't owe anything. My account records show that it is paid off.
