This is really getting annoying. I received these calls continously. Yes, our RX service is thru Medco. But I do not use the mail in as I have a pharmacist locally that knows our medicine. I am tired of these annoying phone calls.
Yes this number calls all the time. Very annoying. I have previously picked it up and talked to a rep. The were trying to open a dialog to try and convince me to use their mail in service. I said no. They went away. For a while. Now they are back at it again. Pestering me is not the way to a satisfied customer.

I've been getting calls twice a day with no useful message on my answering machine. I just called their customer service number (800-230-0508) and gave them a piece of my mind. Apparently they wanted to inform me that they shipped my Rx. Apparently telling a human once wasn't enough so they thought they'd harrass me via answering machine twice a day for the next week and a half.
